Additionally, we will provide you with continued consultations with our Interior Designer throughout the duration of your project at no additional charge!

General Contractor Services
As a General Contractor, we will assume all the responsibilities for construction, and total costs quoted from the architectural plans and specifications that we prepared, and manage the payout distributions to allocate funds to be paid out and deliver the completed project to you "turn key". We will pass on all warranties already provided on manufactured items and provide you with an extensive warranty on the balance of the project.

We will handle the selection and supervision of all subcontractors to maintain the highest quality of craftsmanship.  We will also provide you with a regular progress schedule highlighting milestone events so you will always know what is happening with your project, that way you can relax and enjoy the experience of renovating or building your home!

We are here to handle all your needs and to give you the peace of mind you deserve. During the construction process, you will work with our Design Coordinator who will be available to assist you in interior and exterior selections and help you develop the overall 'look' of your home.

Construction Management Services
Cornerstone Management also provides construction management services to those that want to be more deeply involved in the day-to-day construction aspect of the job. As construction managers, we will provide a complete Scope of Work for your project, manage payout distributions, and provide control budgets and budget analysis for the project. As the owner, you will have involvement in subcontractor selection, material selection, and continued involvement in all details of the project from start to finish.

Construction Management saves the experienced owner money and allows more of the building budget to go for the project and less for overhead. It can provide the absolute assurance that your money is being spent wisely and will keep your project running efficiently.

As experienced General Contractors with decades of building experience, Cornerstone Management will act as your agent and perform the general supervision of construction and the complete administration of the project solely for the benefit of you, the owner.

Special Financing Services
In order to provide you with a comprehensive range of services, we’ve made arrangements with several lenders that specialize in new construction loans for our qualified new home clients.The lenders can finance your construction as well as provide a new mortgage at the same time! This means the owner signs only one set of loan documents and does not have to worry about re-qualifying, additional closing costs or signing additional loan documents. You can "lock-in" the permanent loan rate at the start of the project knowing your new mortgage is fixed and secure. During the construction period, we will pay the interest charged on the construction loan! There are no additional principal mortgage payments during the construction period. When the home is completed, the new permanent loan begins.

We can also assist you with FHA 203k loans for renovations and reconstruction.  Whether it’s on a home you’re buying or a re-finance of your existing home for improvements, we can connect you with the right lender.
